It is a cardiac speciality hospital. They have best cardiologists and cardiac surgeons taking care of patients. Have knowledgeable and caring staff.
We visited the hospital for my mums vaccine. Very good customer experience. Kind and gentle staff. Right from the registeration till the completion very good. Special mention of the lady who answers calls for appointments- very good to talk too. She even called back to check where we were as they had booked a dose for my uncle- he ended up at another hospital and missed N M wadia somehow.lol Keep up the good work. Thank you everyone
Mr Jadhav from billing section has some ego issues. Instead of being humble with patients, he says don't teach me my job. Anyways issue is that the hospital billing does not send 100% claim citing some IRDA rule, which is farce. Mr Jadhav makes all patients pay 20% of bill saying there are non admissible expenses which patient has to bear. He does not even check what policy type does one has and if it covers everything. Such hopeless people.
