Very bad experience... 1. Hospital is understaffed and doctors from one shift do not give follow to the next doctor coming in. They expect update from relatives of the patients. 2. Being COVID-19 hospital no such precautions have been taken. Even COVID positive patients keep roaming here and there. 3. Staff is corrupt to the core. Laboratory people took money saying they will 'adjust' bills. The lady who prepares insurance reimbursement file did not give complete documents until we pay her ₹1000. She said if you don't pay then do not come to me if any document is missing. Even cleaning lady was asking for money when it was the relatives who would take care of the patient. 4. ICU rates are almost equal to that of Pune when the facilities provided are not even close to the price we pay. Relatives have to take the patient to the washroom, they have to put the diapers on to the patient. They have to clean the vomit. They have to feed the patient. If the relatives have to do everything then for what reason the hospital is charging such big amount of money. And again the staff will ask for money saying they took good care of the patient. 5. Only one lady doctor from ICU who was doing internship is a good doctor. Her name I don't remember but I think it was 'Tasreen/Nasreen'. She did took good care of all patients and she was also good to talk to. 6. 2nd and 3rd year Medical students are working as doctors in the ICU during night time. No any experienced doctor would be available in the night. If any emergency comes, they would know what to do and keep calling senior doctors.

Suggests treatment under government scheme but charges money for everything. For ex. Normal x ray charges 500rs. But under scheme 400rs. under government scheme everything free including tests, medicine, operation and inspection. They are taking money at every stage. It is better to choose other hospital for treatment. Not suitable for poor people.
