1. Located in Chembur, it is a good hospital but can be Better as compared with services provided by other Hospitals. 2. Following things needs to be improved. a) Lack of communication between staff, needs to improve a lot. b) Cleanliness can be better. c) Admission and discharge process can be fast. Billing staff is supportive.
Very good hospitality. Sushrut hospital has one of the best team of doctors and nursing staff. Dr Patil is a wonderful surgeon. I I’m so grateful to him. The commitment to his craft, the service to his patients & the integrity he & his competent team of doctors uphold is a solitary justification for all his patients to be able to trust his care. The vaccination experience at Sushrut hospital was seamless. We were assisted by Ms. Prachi over the call to book the appointment. She was extremely helpful and attended to all our queries. When we visited the centre on the day of appointment, she had scheduled a spot and we were done with the entire process in under one hour. After our vaccination, she personally called and checked upon us to ensure if the process had been smooth. Kudos to Ms. Prachi and the entire vaccination team at Sushrut hospital for a hassle free experience.
COVID VACCINATION REVIEW : Data Entry Receptionists (Female Staff) is very Supportive and good in communication with Customer. Senior Data Entry Reception person is very casual and kind of not interested in customer service. Hospital management don't have courtesy to provide Water Bottle , Glucose or Juice Packets after vaccination.(Mentioned vaccine is paid and Expensive than other competitor hospitals in same area) If you required Hospital Stamp on Vaccine Payment Bill, They don't have feasibility at Reception data entry counter . They'll suggest you to visit at Billing department which is on another floor and then you will get the stamp on printed bill copy. Overall dissatisfaction from the service in paid vaccination camp. Mentioned 1 Rating is only for Receptionist who supported and handle the things with smiley face and positive attitude. Thank you.
We had our Registration for COVID VACCINATION at Sushrut today. Right from our Entry Point at the Hospital till we exited from the Hospital , it was a Delightful & Pleasant Experience.
