Nice experience. Persons employed in billing sections and front office are much helpful & friendly, they explain well about schemes/ any doubts. Treatment is good. Reports are given on time. But pharmacy doesn't much have medicines which are prescribed by doctors, it's bit unusual.
The hospital is clean with all the staffs working accordingly with proper uniforms. I loved their behaviour towards the patients. The hospital is maintained properly.
All the staff including the doctors, nurses are well and good and helpful enough for the patients. They interact with all in an amiable way. And, Mr. Hemanta Kashyap , from Billing dept. is a man of very good personality and a helpful mentality. Showing my love towards them all ❤️

I have been frequent to this hospital, since past 2 years, better experience here compared to other hospitals in the city. The hospital stuffs are well deported and much availing, especially the guys at reception and billing sections. Have visited many hospitals afore I visited Narayana Ghy & I found the working stuffs there are quite different and amicable professionals. Any requests are looked upon with spontaneity. Costs are bit on upper side, but services are great. Medicos employed here are good and thier way of handling patients is Commendable. Big thank you, with the grace of God, my parents are doing well after receiving treatment from this hospital.
