This branch cover a large area specially rural area. Presently branch premises developed a lot to give a comfort to the customers, now it looks like a private bank. As a village branch it's customer base is huge but comparatively no of staffs is less as allotment of staff depand on branch business/branch profit. To give special attention and prompt services to valuable customers few customers meet organised to give them honour and also addressed their grievances and their suggestions implemented at ground level. Also special attention given to pensioners, senior citizens, LTI customers. Passbook printing was dark area but now two passbook update machines provided and also passbook update facilities provided from our 6 customer Service points located at different locations. Recently one more ATM given to reduce the waiting time of customer. New Token system implemented as a part of better customer service. Along with the banking staff the local people have to come forward to take this branch among the top branches of this region.
