The overall service experience was good in terms of diagnosis and treatment. A special mention goes for Mr. Harshad who was very cooperative in helping me out with the additional documentation for claim settlement. The staff here are very helpful and diligent.
Overall good experience. Services provided during treatment were good... The nurses were extremely attentive and caring. Administration and management were good too. Rest Pathology, Radiology, OPD, etc. is well managed.
I would recommend all getting your treatment done at VED hospital and being rest assured that you will be treated well and also its value for money. moreover, their billing was exactly as per the quotation given by them my view about the hospitals changed after visiting since I had a very bad experience with the other hospitals in the past in regards to billing.
