I appreciate your ground level staff / nurses first. They are very polite and respectful towards patients and attender / visitors. The patient can feel like their home, because staffs they don't restrict the visitors and giving respect to emotions of their family members. I think, I don't find any hidden charges in my mother's treatment. Nominal charges. The treatment is offered very economically within the financial capacity of the patient. Canteen service is extremely good and providing food at very nominal price for both patient and visitors. Doctor's are offering / suggesting treatment Whichever is very economical at first priority. They will consider the previous test reports if the dates are very recently. No need to take repeated tests. Some times found lag in coordination / conveying message to the attender. I hope the hospital will maintain and improve the hospital towards service oriented as prime motive of the founder Dr. G. Viswanathan (Late). All the best.

Worst ever hospital I have ever seen. Poor medical facilities , poor staffing, poor infra & maintenance. This doesn't even qualify for hospital. Wondering how they have got the approval to run an hospital here. They literally does business rather service. Shifting patients from icu to normal , there they get infected and fall sick again, so again they shift the patients from normal ward to icu. This story is not just mine, more than 90% people facing the same issue. Literally waste people's energy, time, emotions, etc!! I would want to give negative rating, but there is no option here.
