It was very good being in the hospital. The service they have provided has been excellent... Surroundings and atmosphere around the hospital was good... Well managed experienced staffs at service for patients, pleasing and helpful reception, it was truly a great experience. Special thanks to all concerned doctors, nursing staff and the cleaning team. The hospital was really clean. Nurses were friendly cooperative and doctors took good care of the patient. I stayed there as bystander.. It was an exemplary service... nursing staffs were really cooperative for every now and then... There's morning and evening prayer everyday, which spreads the positive vibe, and peace in the hospital.. overall it was a great experience being there....
Negative experience at op visit. At asking doubts from An lady doctor, we were said not to ask questions and only listen to Her as she knows everything. Luckily being from a medical background. We maintained silence and let the lady do her job. RESPECT AND RIGHT OF QUESTIONING IS EVERY PATIENTS CIVIL RIGHT. Hospital administration kindly make a note.!
Very good Orthopedic Doctors & X-ray facility is available. Neat & clean premises. Hospital should have patient supervisor/advisor on floor to control them while on a crowd day to maintain the safe distance because the nurses are busy handle the patients & co-coordinating between the departments. Also increase the availability of hand sanitize dispenser. Overall a good experience with the hospital. This is only a feedback to improve the service.
Looks good but all general system are old. Not computerised. Long time need to wait for pharmacy bill and pharmacy.( Very good hospital for ortho)
Very bad experience..my father was admitted in G block..room number 159.and he have fever..they never properly check or monitor.until we inform..and they didn't change the bedsheet 4 days until we make an issue..also the nursing super indent trying to defend their mistake..and telling us that the hospital is under her control...and when we say there one antibiotic missing..they did not answer about it until we got discharged..and mainly the attitude of the nurse ia not good..even after the issue they are talking to my mother that we made an unnecessary issue...and trying to defend them..there is no respect ...not all nurses..but almost.. So if you are planning to admit please take care ... We experienced a very bad atmosphere..no proper nursing care If any one from the hospital management reading this ..please make notice..and train the nurses.. Worst service..I never suggest anyone to go to this hospital
