Pathetic services. Doctors should learn how to behave with patients. Inefficient network server established which doesn't work most of the time. Recently tried booking online appointment, due to server issue money deducted but appointment was not fixed. Called to customer care they r simply disconnecting the call without giving resolution. We will never visit again. Horrible experience.
I would give zero if possible. Immature behaviour by not only doctors but also by HOD. Behaviour of Gastroenterology HOD was worse than a 1st class student. Teach your doctors communication skills and common sense who doesn't have.
Good hospital but the communication has lot of gaps between what they speak over the phone and what happens on the ground. It appears that most of the times they speak on guesses and not based on rules set already. The staff are otherwise very polite and courteous.
