My wife and I were there at the appointed time and the consultation began almost immediately. The doctor had our reports in front of him and he went through them in detail. He was in no hurry. It took him more than two hours between us to complete the examination, consultation and recommendation. A rare but very welcome experience. This is what one would expect of a Family Physician. We left PolyCare with complete satisfaction. Our best wishes for its success.

Took an appointment two weeks prior. At the last minute of the appointment they said the doctor had cancelled the appointment and I was her only patient. You should either inform earlier or not take the appointment itself. Had to put off my emergency meetings on hold for this.
