Lifeline hospital is the best hospital in jhansi. Very supportive staff and the doctors are really good and knowledgeable. Aanchal mam, is really good and helpful. She listened to my issues very calmly and gave full time and attention. She is very soft spoken. She explained everything very nicely. Overall experience was great. And yes, for cleanliness also 10/10.

Recently Visited Lifeline Hospital for the treatment of my various post COVID health issues, the doctor's diagnosis, treatment and advises were very effective & helpful, the entire process from check in to the end was seamless. The staff at the hospital was courteous, helpful and very attentive. Lifeline hospital is one of the best health care services provider in Jhansi. The psychology department of this hospital is also very good, I've took counselling sessions by Aanchal, the psychologist in lifeline hospital. The sessions were very helpful as she makes me understand the main reason for the feelings and helps me in interpreting them. The sessions are very interactive and discussed to the depth. She makes me very comfortable so it's easier to open up and discuss everything freely, without any hesitation. The sessions helped me in understanding my triggers and patterns in a way that puts me in a much better place in terms of my emotional awareness. The sessions were not only about seeking validation on suppressed and unprocessed feelings/emotions rather it clarified the emotional turmoil following a cause and effect approach. I have been able to cope up with many emotional lows through the ways and techniques suggested by her. After speaking with her, I feel very light and positive. The biggest relief is that post the sessions, I feel motivated and want to overcome the negative feelings and channelize these emotions in a better way. She was very patient, kind and often checked in between sessions or over emails to learn about progress. If anyone seeks a counsellor I highly recommend Aanchal. Also it does take couple of sessions before you can actually feel the healing start, so please give it some time.
