The staff was very Professional and helpful. Specially the kemo therapy wing. I personally recommend this hospital for very good treatment. Keep it up.
It's never been good to be in the Hospital but the staff in Apex is very helpful and well behaviour. My uncle got operated, doctors and supportive staff did well, a good care after the operation is much needed, that is delivered by apax. Medicines given on time, room cleaning is good. The doctor and staff are supportive and cooperative. Doctors' experience and expertise is really good. The medical facilities are also good but the admin staff should look more into providing better facilities as there is no proper pantry or canteen. The rooms lack modern beds and still use old mechanical beds for patients. Lack of geyser or hot water in bathrooms, these are some small things that the admin staff should look into in order to provide better facilities.
It's a good hospital with hospitality. Some more better facilities are required like canteen and rooms with hygienic parameters. Communication and commitment between staff should be in proper way with care. Hospital has no parking are, which is very difficult for attender to keep their vehicles. still, some more branding and marketing required to do better.
