Very Bad service ..... following up from last 5 days for collecting patients file & bill...but no revert. HORRIBLE BILLING AND ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT. TILL THEY GET MONEY THEY ARE GOOD. ONCE THEY GET PAYMENT THEY DO NOT EVEN ATTEND YOUR CALLS.
Very nice infrastructure and very cooperative staff. It was a really nice experience there.

Hospital experience in terms of Nursing staff and Doctors were good. HOWEVER HORRIBLE BILLING AND ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT. TILL THEY GET MONEY THEY ARE GOOD. ONCE THEY GET PAYMENT THEY DO NOT EVEN ATTEND YOUR CALLS. THEY JUST REPLY "OUR ACCOUNTS WILL CONTACT YOU AND GIVE DETAILS OF YOUR EXPENSES AND IF EXCESS PAYMENT WILL PAY' FOR MONTHS. NO EXCESS PAYMENT IS RETURNED.
