Excellent customer service and hospitality, very clean .Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. were all very friendly and helpful. I especially, how Dr. Antony really took his time to explain my wife's conditions with me as well as her treatment options. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed ,the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.
I am immensely satisfied with my experience at Daya hospital this morning. The staff at the reception counter were very cordial and the registration formalities were completed fast. My experience at the doctor's room was equally pleasant. The doctor who examined me, Dr. Abdul Aziz was very kind and reassuring. I had gone there anticipating a series of tests. But it wasn't even mentioned. The whole thing took only less than forty five minutes. I wish to place on record my appreciation for the nice way patients are treated at Daya hospital.
I have been going to Daya hospital for the past few years mainly for my aged parents. Slowly we all have started availing treatments from Daya hospital. Over the years and during these tough times the service has improved, quality in care has improved and cleanliness too. The doctors and staff are cordial and compassionate. Earlier we had to go to Cochin for better treatment, whereas now we can relax, and so can the people in and around thrissur for Daya gives good treatment.
