I took my mother aged 80 years. She was given drips. The nurse/attendant did not know how to take the veins. My mother underwent a lot of pain. Even 3-4 weeks she had pain. We went and reported to customer relationship manager. She took photo of my mother’s hands and told she will get back. She never bothered to call back also. It is extremely expensive for old people. Also there is a junior doctor who lied to us about an important thing. We reported that also to the manager. No use. It is highly unethical of a doctor to lie to a patient . She is a junior doctor. It really hurts. But I also found couple of good young doctors and caring nurses. But even 1 bad doctor is enough to spoil the reputation
The Hospital is very good at dealing with Senior Citizens. Doctors are experienced and efficient. They give information. Very courteous and prompt. The nursing staff is excellent. Very patient and pleasant. Housekeeping staff too very efficient. Ambience neat and clean.
Excellent doctors maintaining a high level of professionalism with a friendly and courteous approach. The ward nursing staff were pious and took great care of the patient.
The Doctors are having the best patience to understand the seniors needs and then accordingly suggest the medication. Kudos to the entire hospital doctors, nurses and staff.
My mother aged 92 years was admitted at Geri Care Health Center with a fracture in the head of her femur. Dr. G.Thiruvengita Prasad performed a successful surgery. Importantly all the staff starting from admission to discharge were very professional. They carried out all services systematically, including regular sanitization to protect from COVID. Importantly, they were also exceedingly caring to the patient and family. Physiotherapist at the hospital and afterwards at home helped my mother gain confidence and start walking within a week from the surgery. Finally, Ms. Sridevi and Ms. Krithika nurses from Geri care continue to provide phenomenal care at home; this has allowed my mother to recover smoothly. We are grateful for the excellent care from the whole team.
