Treatment was good .doctors & nurses are friendly. Test & investigation bill are highly charged, Almost more when compared to other scan center charges..even for covid test they are charging higher than the government fixed rates When asked about the higher rates charged for testing , they gave 10% discount on investigation charges Overall it was good
Yesterday I went with my wife to this hospital, since she had a mild fever by 3 P.M, the receptionist asked us to wait, we were waited for almost 30 minutes, in the mean time someone working in the hospital came out of the room after his lunch, he didn't know the courtesy of the patients siting or he is working in the hospital, the water from his hands are splitting on us and also his slippers are too wet and he is walking here and there with the same, also 4 boys were sitting back side of us and shouting like anything like fish market, even the receptionist or the security didn't bother to question them regarding that, so we left the hospital without informing them or taking any treatment. so please make sure if some new patients comes make them comfortable.
Shens hospital doctors, nurses, all other staffs are doing a great job. They take care of patients with care, affection and empathy. I am truly impressed. They walk the extra mile to meet the needs of the patient. Keep the good work going team Shens!!!
Service is very pathetic. Is this a hospital or an airport, we need to checkin and wait for 1 hour every time. Airports are far better i think. We had a 11:30am appointmet and now it is 12:15pm till now doctor is not here. Last time also we had to wait for more than an hour. Request everyone to have a backup plan before getting an appointment in this hospital. I wounder how emergency department is working " fingers crossed".
Doctor was so supportive and helpful. Working 24/7.
