i was admited for food poison (gastroenteritis) for 2 day only, they charge 10,000/- pr day and given basic treatment of glucose bottle, normal injection and few tabs. Poor quality of private AC room with high charge I have cashless insurance than also that forced to pay 2000/-.

We visited Shree Hospital Nagar road in first week of February 2021 for a emergency procedure and were very glad that we chose visiting the Shree Hospital for consultation. Staff was not so helpful initially but behaving professionally however when doctor diagnosed emergency all staff immediately started preparing for the situation. It was their preparedness and planning which took us out of the emergency health condition. We received the correct diagnosis and exact treatment for the medical condition. To mention a few names who helped us survive and come our healthy are 1) Dr Aboli - She re-arranged a few appointments and consulted us immediately. She explained us the problem in simple words along with Dr. Bharati and all the precautions needs to be taken. Both the doctors are expert and ensure long term wellness when treating patients. 2) Manager - Don't know her name but this lady helped expedite the formalities and ensure we are receiving proper care during diagnosis and treatment. Thanks to her, sorry we don't know your name 3) Mr. Suryakant - Billing staff helped us process the insurance formalities with ease. All billing was done without hassle and were kept informed time to time. I must mention that this person worked on Sunday to ensure we are discharged on time on Sunday and do not have to spend an additional day in hospital to complete the billing formalities and thereby increase overall billing. A true professional. Thanks. 4) Dhanashree and all Sisters, doctors and supporting staff - Cannot mention all names. You all ensured we get medicines on time and were available with a smile whenever needed. They ensured all patients get due care. A big THANK YOU ! Overall this hospital is not big like other in the vicinity and that is USP. For minor but urgent medical conditions and non-covid treatments such a facility is very much needed.
