I have come here for vaccination of my father after taking appointment. As instructed,we were at the reception at 0845 h. Not a soul even till 0940 h. Chaos and mismanagement galore. Deficiency in service of a very stellar order. Kudos! P.S. Grateful! We finally have succeeded in getting vaccination. It has taken us exactly 90 minutes,although we were the 5 th in the queue. Elsewhere it takes 10-15 minutes. New work standards set by the vaccination centre. Kudos again!
