*Pathetic service * Birth certificate form filling staff does not know how to type in Marathi and she will blame you for this by saying "aap ka naam hard hai type nai ho raha hai" . Not sure if I should take it as a Complement or Complain. Bohot hard, bohot hard 🤣🤣
Like any municipal office it has its set of issues. The worst part is some of the staff themselves were not wearing mask. Decorum and discipline was adequate. Service was timely.

80% employees currepted in this TMC vedant complex no one give proper attention for customers or normal citizen . Aadarcard center free from they charge money for normal black a d white Xerox totally currepted employees. For normal single work there employees delay more then 1 Moths even though 5 month also I would suggest district collector plz come in this TMC vedant complex there no one listen for customer there employees trolling normal people
The staff is very cooperative in the birth certificate department . However you'll still find long queues here due to the poor infrastructure. The tmc site with dedication slows down at 12.30PM . Some systems run on windows XP . When I visited again at 10.30am in the morning the site worked fine but the printer had an issue. So it took me 3 visits to get a birth certificate.
