Everything is good except the time taken for registration, even if you have prior booked for a doc appointment, you have to wait in the long queue for registration or paying the consultation fees, hope there had been more counters for registration process and the pharmacy too has limited availability of medicines prescribed by the consultants which makes the process again hectic. Rest all factors are good and treatment wise it's the best in kozhencherry
Good service, not costly. Giving five star for the service provided by the staff who is there in the medicine department on 30/8/2021 at 5-6 pm. There is only one staff for bill printing, taking money from patients and taking medicine and giving medicine to the patients. She got files from all the department and she was doing her job in passion. Meanwhile i saw that she was unable to read the medicine name written in the file, and she was running to doctors cabin to understand it. Management, please add one more person to this department. Please ignore their service.
Today I went to consult chest physician, Dr. Kurien Oommen. I spend about 1.30 hour in the registration counter to take the file. If the people is healthy enough to stand long 1.3o hour they may have went to a park or museum. Such a bad experience.
Same gloves for every patient in lab. Atleast they can spent 5rs for one pair gloves 🤨 It's worser than government hospitals
Very bad emergency care as well as dump duty doctors who don't even know how to diagnose a disease condition.
