Good but bathroom cleaning are bad
I had my grandfather admitted in Regency Tower 1(deluxe room). The services provided are simply fabulous. Not a single complaint from my side. The food is amazing, staff is very courteous, docs are humble and everything is managed more than perfectly well. The BEST Hospital in Kanpur for a reason.
Doctors are always late by 1.5 or 2 hours and keep patients waiting. They should provide right time to people so that we don't waste time to wait for a doctor. Doctor will come after 12pm and if they write a test you will have to wait for 3 hours to get report in this hospital by time you get reports your doctor will leave and you will have to visit next day. Please stay away of this hospital.
Neutral Review: Good for patients, pathetic for attendants. Pros: 1. One of the best Hospitals in Kanpur. 2. Almost all Treatments under one roof. 3. Better use of technology. Cons: 1. High workload so don't expect special attention. Rude behaviour of staff. 2. No arrangements for attendants of patients. They don't let the attendants sit in their premises. You need to be ready to sit/ sleep at road in night. 3. No clear communication. 4. Govt public places toilets are better than this hospital toilets. 5. Fees is higher than doctors fee at their clinics.
A very knowledgeable team of doctor & nursing. This hospital give best treatment & facilities. Specially thanks to Coordinators for good advice. Thank you.
