Very worse services I ever seen, they're work process is lots of problems. No responsible answers from the staffs. I have all the proofs what they done. Please be aware.
Today they published vaccine availibility in cowin potal. After booking when my old aged parents went there they said no vaccine available. If vaccine is not available why the hell you publish it first.. Do you guys think people dont have any other work travelling so far to your clinic just to get such pathetic response.. We believed in the brand "Apollo" and got disappointed .
I had been there for company medical check up and I found the following things must be improved 1. Always the reception phone with be kept as engaged ( see the attached image) no on will answer. 2. For x ray and eye check up we need to go to different hospital and we have pay and collect the reports from respective hospital and hand over to this clinic to get our final report. I traveled around 18 km to complete my tests and get final report. 3. As per my concern is, Apollo management shall look into this and do the corrective action for best satisfaction.
Extremely bad experience with vaccination process. When called to enquire about vaccine, the response is always 'shall call back in 5 min' and that 5 min never comes. I would have made at least 20 calls. A black mark on the brand name of Apollo.
Worst fraud fellows. We have fixed appointment through cowin website. Appointment confirmed. But they trefused to give vaccine . Please ignore this clinic. Waste of time and travel
