Bad experience. A unique hospital where, thermometer was not working properly and weighing scale was defective. Further the Pharmacy has a computer issue everytime I visit the hospital and wait for long time to get the bill. Should improver a lot.
Doctors available all time, and not crowded. Effective treatment.
I am a regular patient visiting his hospital since 2018. I find the place reasonably clean, efficient and prompt in service. Being a patient having undergone CABG with co morbidities such as diabetes and hypertension, I and my wife visit this hospital regularly for our check ups and lab tests. So far we have been consulting only one specialist and on one or two occasions, the doctor on duty. They all have been very receptive and lend a patient ear to our complaints. They also explain in detail the various factors responsible, precautions and the prescribed medicines thus boosting the confidence of the patients. The one area where I would like to see more improvement is the waiting area that needs to be closed to avoid mosquitoes, particularly during the evenings. They may also do well with a proper token and queue system for patients (without preferences except in certain cases needing immediate attention) and also maintain a record of regular patients to avoid requesting all the details whenever we visit the reception. During blood extraction and other procedures involving close examination of the patients, the staff may please be asked to wear the requisite gloves as a matter of hygiene. I wish the hospital all the best and hope it continues to serve the local population well, as it has been doing so far.
