I have visited this hospital for my baby. While playing her left hand was struck and she was unable to fold the hand. The doctor has understood the issue and he pressed a bone near to the arm and the bone was sitting properly and my daughter's pain was gone and she was able to start the fold the hand. Generally the doctor has seen so many cases and do the treatment based on their experience so they will become Junior to senior doctors. This is normal in any of the fields. In my situation, i was (Hope others also) expect only some consultancy fee but here they added X-Reay, Band-aid, etc charges and asked for the bill of 2500/-. When I cross-check all the details, they replied your problem has gone so you have to pay this amount even if there is no X-ray and bandage. This is really ridiculous behavior of the doctor and staff. My issue is resolved, but they are looting the people is not good. The Doctor consultation is 600 and for Scanning and bandage normally the max amount is just 500-800. The max amount they can charge is 1400 but they charged 1100 more really very very bad.
My husband had done appendectomy just 3days back. Hospital is truly having positive atmosphere. Everyone is co operating well. Start from reception, nurses, Doctors, non clinical staff, Insurance staff really doing their best job. Highly recommended.
Hospital staff, service and doctors are very good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The service is much better than bigger hospitals like Aditya Birla. The charges are also affordable. The only issue I had is that there are no single private rooms available. At the most, you can find double sharing rooms. This is understandable since the hospital is small. Also, the canteen could be improved. Its not very clean, and there are not many tables/chairs.
My Father was almost on verge of his death! My Father got his heart surgery done from this hospital 2 years ago, (I am posting this now because my family is still very nice to not say bad things about the hospital), they gave my father random medicines to spike his insurance bill, there was a COVID positive patient which the staff did not know about and was kept in the same ward as my father right after his surgery. The doctor barely met my family to give them details about my father's condition. We had to rely on nurses and staff who obviously didn't know what was going on. I had to get this out there, please save your family. There are several other hospitals in Pune, which can cater to your loved ones.
