Worst hospital. I lost my husband because of their negligence. Never take a chance with this place as u might be like my kids who lost their loving father within seconds. God Will never pardon them for this .
Few years back this was good but now it's pathetic. This hospital is only good if you can wait for doctor and reports for hours. You will hear only one word "5 minutes" when you will ask for reports or when the doctor will visit? There is severe coordination and communication problems within management like reception-lab-nurses and employees. No one has the importance of time. Very disappointed.
Worst hospital so pathetic service always we have to wait for 40 min to 1 and half hour to meet a doctor in emergency case also duty doctor will not give any service today i experienced that plzzz don't prefer to this hospital
The consultation fee is 500/- for a gynecologist's appointment and on the bill it says clearly that its valid for a week and also mentions the exact date till the 500/- consultation is valid for. But whenever I come for my next appointment on the exact date (mentioned on the bill), receptionist lady explains that management instructed her to collect the consultation fee again and that it is a fault in their system to print the wrong validity on the bill. Post this reasoning, She again gave me a similar bill which mentioned the unchanged validity for my next week visit too. For the mistake of management, Why should I keep paying 500/- in my every visit every week. Please clarify and kindly refund the amount paid for no mistake of mine. Thank you Edited after receiving the reply from owner . Not a relevant reply. Please print your bills right so that the patient is not confused. Doctors write for a review within a week. Receptionist says review valid only for 5 days and asks to ignore the 1 week validity printed on the bill. Bloom is a non covid hospital. I never mentioned anything about 500 being high or low. Request you to take the feedback positively and take necessary action.
Dr. Vijay is one of the best pediac I've ever came across.. Surprised to see few negative reviews but its been an year since am visiting the hospital and found staffs and reception been kind to us and the DR, the way he handles the kids its fab.
