Worst hospital to play according to their convenient. Some of the visiting docs are good. But the hospital doesn't provide immediate help even if it's non covid related issues. Don't rely on this hospital in case of emergency
One of the worst hospital to rely on even if it's a normal issue. The hospital was known to the family and it was now that my grandmother had UTI and the hospital was not ready to treat the patient for UTI and informed in the reception that all doctors are busy. What kind of hospital is this when there is need to atleast involve the first step of investigation for the patient when it's urgent. I am really upset to write this and feel sorry for all other doctors and hospitals which actually help the patients with their responsibilities. I suggest no one to reach out to this hospital as they always manipulate based on their needs.
Matru Multispeciality Hospital is one of the best hospital located in Basaveshwarnagar. The tag line they have provided, "Trusted for expertise chosen for care" is 100% what is followed in the hospital . I am highly delighted to share my own experience. My mother had arthritis since10 years, initially I was a bit hesitant to get her total knee replacement operated but once Dr. Mahendra gave us an overview how the technology has been developed in the past few years and also about the previous complete recovery of patients I gave it a go for my mother's right knee surgery. I am so glad to share my review that my Mother(aged 65) was able to walk within the day 3 of successful operation as promised by Dr. Mahendra. Now my mother recovered in a month and she is also ready for her left knee surgery. We rarely find such down to earth person with humble nature in this present competitive world. God bless him.
