Not a good experience..they charge like a private multi-speciality hospital and give service like a third grade hospital. Lot of hidden charges and an unjustified flat 10% admin charge over and above the total bill. The infrastructure is also sub-standard. The docotrs and nursing is understaffed and inexperienced.

A covid test with just 4 people in queue takes an hour as the doctor is stuck in clearing paperwork. The same is with all other medical tests too. It took me 30 mins to get a malaria test done at 9.30 in the night with nobody in queue as the doctor was busy clearing paper work. With the amount of time it takes - a healthy person may suffer due to exhaustion and irritation just waiting in line.
worst hospital i have ever visited.... the staff is so bad they dont have manners to talk to peope especially lady sitting at billing counter.
Doctors are good no doubt. I had very bad experience recently. Please keep track to all medicine given to your patient, have bill checked properly. In my case lot of medicine were added on bill which was returned and not at all taken !!! Hospital is looting money in the name of covid care, nothing but a charge in the name of Senitization, which is actually not done, upon asking they said its to keep our doctors and staff safe from Covid !! Poor commitment and no proper response of queries.
