I would not recommend. Neither Doctor Shinde nor Surya Hospital. Doctor Shinde is very loud at times and very softspoken at other times. Very moody behaviour. Doctors need to be calm and also need to calm down the patient, give them encouragement and hope. Here we experienced the opposite. Spend 6 days admitted at Surya hospital, doctor did a bunch of tests, told us what the medical problem was, and refused to operate. We came back home in as is medical condition and spent loads on money on hospital room charges, OT equipment charges, doctors visits, medicines and medical accessories (which are sold at MRP in the hospitals pharmacy), etc etc. Very bad experience.
My 15 months old was admitted in Surya burns ICU as she suffered 20-25% burns. It was one of the toughest phase but the Dr Burns team including the doctors, nurses, maushis , mamas lead by Dr Shinde, reassured that our child was in safe hands. The entire team is highly organized and skilled. My child is on the way to recovery and I'd like to appreciate the entire team for their hard work and patience. Wish you all the best.
