Worst staff & management. Doctors not accountable. Senior doctors don't even come at the time of emergency. Nurses & staff don't have manners & are very inexperienced. They have hired hod carriers as their nurses. Even the in premise chemist shop doesn't provide the proper medicines & equipments as per the prescription. One shouldn't waste their time or money at this "hospital".
Good service all time availablity
Doctors are good, staff is rude and poorly managed. Don't have any respect for the patient time. The management should address this rude and senseless behavior. For a 10 min visit if a patient has to wait 2 hours and when there is no rush. Then the priority is very clear.
Very poor service and there is only single helpline number which is unanswerable every time. if u are out sider and coming from any other place to Ambikapur, still u have come to Ambikapur to take appointment. pathetic service i have ever seen. At least there should be someone to take appointment. if someone is really sick, how they can travel to Ambikapur without any confirmation.
Corrupt and worst hospital ever Prescribs 15 patients a day..U wud have to wait outside for registration at 6 AM and without even opening the gates...all registrations gets full. Staffs are selling registration over call. Must file an FIR against Doctor and hospital management
