As per my experience, here treatment is good than others nursing home or hospital (but yes little bit costly) but the management is very very poor. This kind of management is not expected in such a hospital. Doctor's and Nurse's behaviour is good but the normal staff's behaviour is sometimes rough. And those who are in reception they never have proper information regarding anything. There is always a communication gap. Definitely need some changes and improvement. My mother was admitted for 7 days under medicine doctor. All the medicine doctors are too good. But I want to talk about Dr. Swastika Roy. She regularly checkup my Mom. I have personally talked with her everyday and I'm really satisfied to talk with her and my Mom also. The good thing is, she always listen all the points and give reply politely and also in details. Her behaviour also too good.
Not Appropriate For The People Belongs To Lower & Middle Class Family. Treatment is not good also, it's better to go govt. hospital.Think twice before admitting any patient there..
They know only money. Staffs behavior is not good. For any urgency, they won't allow you to talk to doctor over phone, even they will not give you response after discussion with doctor.
My grandfather was operated here for hernia and hydrosil. Soon he developed post operative pneumonia which spread from OT. Many other patients were also affected by this. He passed away after fighting for 1 month. It's very unfortunate that a completely healthy person passed away like this because of hospital carelessness. This place has very good doctors, I would accept that but the management is horrible. If anyone is reading this review before admitting themselves or their family members, I would request them to reconsider.
Very poor management. You can hardly find anyone from the management to talk to. They don't let you know about the patient..As if he/she has been put to jail. Nursing staff are good although paramedics are aweful. Flow of information is too poor. One often find himself at a perplexed situation.
