Best hospital
Doctor is amazing and exceptionally well. He understands the patients concern and responds well. Hospital is clean too. But the staff is very impolite. The receptionist as well as the one taking samples are highly unprofessional. They do not respect the urgency and health of the patient.
It's my humble request to all the viewers please don't visit to this doctor I will give you the reasons?why I am saying this 1. I have paid Rs 300 as an emergency fees and I don't have any regret for it but dissatisfaction arised when I have shared my problem with him I was particular going through esophageal ulcers I have given my endoscopy reports to the doctor and I have asked some basic questions that I am suffering from fever also can I know the cause he replied on this that, iske toh 100 test hotein h tab pata lagta h and when I asked that what time it will take in the full recovery of my problem he said I don't know it may 2 week's or 2 month god knows So, if I conclude my review that I will say that doctor does not possess the knowledge that he ought to have 2. Other reason is that the staff was completely uneducated you may feel that you come to some village doctor Please again I am saying that please don't visit I don't have any i personal ill will with the doctor Thanks very much
Dr. Parveen Gupta is very nice and caring. I have seen him treating poor patients and returning fees. He has a soul and that is what is missing in most doctors today.
If there is any an option for negative stars I should have gave them that rating. The receptionist doesn’t know what to do in emergency cases I am in the hospital with chest pain I paid the emergency fee already and it’s been 15 minutes she is not even thinking to help me consult the doctor. Literally this sucks. Update I finally got evaluated so I am giving a 3 star rating just because the doc was polite and knowledgeable.
