It's a good place for all health solutions at an affordable price. Vary neet and clean .Staff are having very friendly behavior. Nursing services are excellent . Location is very much comfortable for any one to reach here.
They don't inform about the charges before billing....they took 4000 just for ankle plaster excluding x-ray charges. Lack of co-ordination between staff ....staff behaviour is also not that good.

Came here for Covid vaccination. Extreme chaos and confusion due to a lady doctor who just couldn't run a laptop. It took more than 2 hours wait despite multiple calls and prior registration. In fact 3-4 times it felt as if we have to go back and come some other day. However the staff was very courteous and helpful. We managed to get the vaccine just 2 min before the portal closing.
The front desk staff is inefficient and clueless. There are 4-5 of them at the reception but there is no coordination between them. We went for covid vaccination for the elderly on 10th April 2021 upon receiving call from the hospital but we were made to wait endlessly citing govt. website issue while some patients known to the hospital management were vaccinated out of turn in one of the OPD rooms. When patients waiting since hours questioned, the reception staff chose to lie and show ignorance. They haven't even uploaded data of vaccinated patients properly and therefore certificates cannot be downloaded. I felt the staff was unable to operate laptop properly too (and repeatedly blamed the govt. site to cover up). Insensitive attitude. Avoid visiting this place.
