Best place to be for all your maternity chores. Highly experienced doctors & staff makes your overall stay & treatment fulfilling. Our case was handled end to end by Dr. Witty Raina. She is most experienced of the lot. She guided us through the entire process & explained all in & outs of the case. Also the support staff, Ms. Priyanka handled all the admissions formalities for us so that we have a smooth on boarding when the day arrives. I’d highly recommend the services offered by cloud9 for anyone & everyone seeking an experience that is worth it.
Didn't like their services.. Their app and websites gives wrong information and upon reaching the center charges are different. On top of that billing takes hell lot of times.. Charges are on higher side and the staff couldn't even spell the name right. Staff didn't have the courtesy to apologize. Wanted to speak to the management to raise the issue.. On face we were rejected.. Will not visit and recommend to anyone.

Best place for mother and child. If you're pregnant and looking for a good hospital for delivery, this is one place you cn rely on. They gives best care to both mother and child. Dr. Witty is one of the best doctors there is. It was a very smooth process and a very different but good experience as compared to my first delivery. Dr Witty is very concerned about her patients and wont leave nay stone unturned to provide you the best care. Highly recommended for pregnant ladies.
Dr Preety is one of the most experienced doctor here. There is a great sense of calm always around her and it helps you a ton in tense moments. She's an expert and the decision making is also very smooth, intelligent and coherent after taking all factors into account. Even scheduling and management of appointments was a breeze with great help from Simmi. She proactively calls and helps all the time.
