Best hospital supportive staff.. My mother's condition was very critical because of covid-19 which has been recovered with the help of Doctor Singh and others dr. and the nurse there, and she has now come home.
There is no sense to write review and waste my time, as I will not get my father back alive. I am just writing to try to save someone's near and dear ones health or life. Just sharing my experience with Shreyansh Hospital, Avanti Vihar, Raipur. We admitted my father in the same Hospital due to water retention problem after 4 days of mouth cancer surgery. In the beginning, everything looked good, like excessive water drained using Catheter tube and provided Oxygen level to maintain the Oxygen level which was going down, may be due to water retention problem. Upto this point everything was fine. But, after that, in just 4 to 5 hours they told that RT-PCR report of the patient is positive, but no worries, as the patient is asymptomatic, there is nothing to worry about, we will take care of the patient for next 5 days in Hospital and after that you isolate the patient at home for 12 days, everything will be fine. By trusting on their words we did the same and everything went wrong from that point. They were just calling us for the payments but no care was given to the patient who was already fighting with operation of mouth cancer, he was only able to take liquid diet, but rarely he got in Hospital and nothing done for post operative care like frequent mouth wash etc. When my father messaged all about this, then we tried to discharge the patient and admit in AIIMS Raipur. But, as the patient was tagged as corona positive, no required care was provided in AIIMS Raipur as well. One more thing I would like to tell, after declaring my father as corona positive, we all family members went for RT-PCR and the report was negative for all, who were taking care of my father at home for four days of surgery. Something is going wrong there.

Medical expertise are good, but poor management in hospital facility , no hot water in winter, less attentive cleaning staff. For Medical suggest - yes For admitting in hospital - no.
