Very lavish and big hospital. But seating accommodation is very very poor. All chairs are filled and patients are to stand hours together. Precautions for Corona are left to air. As there are no place to sit patients and their aids are waiting at the Reception counter. Then the watchman comes and shouts all the people should sit and nobody should stand. He is very arrogant and foolishly behaves. The Administration should give warning for his misbehaviour. The girls at Reception counter should be provided with small speakers, as they call for the patients in a feeble voice, nobody could hear. The patients hall should be neatly maintained and kept silent. A Supervisor should be posted to look after all the things.
I was waited nearly 3 hours because for medicines. Doctor find out the problem easily and define the disease but pharmacist was not there. The doctor just wrote the disease in the prescription but did not define the medicines and we don't know the medicines and will never try to buy outside. I just waited 3 to 4 hours because of medicines in pandemic situation. If I ask the staff to write the medicines I will buy outside they simply say I don't know. I don't know what the nurses are doing here.
