I am quite impressed and satisfied with the overall service provided by every department of the hospital. Actually it was great learning for me how the hospital can be managed and run professionally and with compassion. Excellent team work. I would certainly recommend this hospital to my friends and relatives.
Excellent experience for my second dose of Covishield vaccine. A token system, required level of social distancing, staff that ensured comfort and so overall a very good experience. With every new batch of 5 incoming people, the staff would announce the necessity of eating something before getting the vaccine, and ensure that no one had come on an empty stomach - specifically because it was a morning slot. All in all, I was very satisfied with the level of care taken at Galaxy.
