I took my 1 year old daughter suffering from cold and fever. I was shocked to hear the Doctor suggesting me admit her. He didn’t had time or courtesy to explain how is this a such serious health condition. When we denied, Then he prescribed some syrups. Looks like they just wanted to make more money by giving more suffering to the kids. They don’t understand how much trauma kids undergo in hospital. I know how good was the Gupta hospital, when I was a kid and ill, this was the hospital I was taken. Very much disappointing how made this a money grabbing business.
Except doctor everything is bad. 1. U should beg to on the lift service. 2. Medicines would get for better price outside compare to inside. 3. Again Medical staff both lady n gen waste your time in finding the date and medicine name with bill. On top they wont tell you when to take the medicine as. 4. They have no idea to provide the bills if you would like to reimbursement. I have got the half of the bills unfilled and rejected do to their negligence. At last the medical shop staff both of them take your time and show their. I personally feel they are looting the public in this pandemic. I wish the doc or the owner should reach this message in case they don't aware of their staff behavior's with us.
Good response from staff and best treatment
My daughter was 8 months old and having Diarrhoea for 3-4 days. When we visited this hospital, they said it was blood infection and asked us to join immediately. My daughter was quite active though she has Diarrhoea but once she joined there, now she lost this happiness. Doctor said to treat for 6 days but we observed the change in our baby in just 2 days. The remaining days is just to make the business. And finally, my daughter has lost her happiness with the staff rude behaviour with baby and now she is scaring even to my family members. When I ask about separate room for baby, he debied as there is no vacant room and doctor said, he is helpless. Anyways, ultimately my baby future is subtle now. Thank you for costly & waste service. Yes, they do not provide the bills also. Worst part is that, when you ask for bills, they say we are busy now, we cannot provide. Such a responsible answer.
04th December 2020 my daughter was born in Shantharam Hospital, Mr.Gupta was visited baby during delivery, he said that baby condition good and less bilirubin levels, after 5th day we went to Gupta Hospital, they collected Blood samples and tested bilirubin levels around 17, we requested for phototherapy, but he doctor did not started phototherapy, he did not responded, then my daughter bilirubin levels are increased upto 39. Due to Mr.Gupta and his team negligency, Since 15 months we struggling with baby. Worst hospital. Don't prefer for children's treatment. They not have humanity
