Good staff, helps people and explain things very politely, all together very good experience
Admitted for surgery under Dr Veena Zaveri. All facilities available under one roof. All staff very helpful and caring. Operation theatre staff was very quick and smart to handle everything. All sisters n maushi available 24 x7 for help. Billing department too was very helpful. Some repairs really essential in rooms. Otherwise would give 5 stars
Very neat systematic Covid vaccination center. Also staffs were very polite. They gave all instructions related to post vaccination symptoms. Not at all crowded.
Went for second dose of vaccination. It was the quickest and safe procedure. The staff were so friendly and helpful as well. Thank you and respect to all the staff members for working hard in such a time.
Overall good staff and services, but cleanliness is a major concern in this pandemic situation,the visitors room is unkept,basic amenities like sanitisors and handwashes are not provided the medical shopkeeper is super rude and there were around 50 pairs of gloves prescribed in 2 days of admission some kind of internal set up is possible recommended for only upper middle class income patients
