Neat and clean building and surroundings. This beautiful and new building of indoor stadium is located near kottayam Nagampadam municipal ground on sides of Kurian Uthup road. The basement floor is offering spacious car parking facilities. Also the building can use as auditorium for limited use. The building is kept neat and clean, that's is remarkable. But in the time of rainy seasons the front area of the building is seems like flood affected this is big constrain. Otherwise everything was good.
Its basement is enough to conduct public meetings respective of covid protocol, vast area and cool atmosphere
