Accompanying a relative I went to this hospital and liked the first impression, and the same week admitted my wife for a hysterectomy that their doctors suggested pitched for. During the beginning part of the postoperative period, even though the senior doctors hardly came for any visit but paramedics and resident doctors were coming and I was quite satisfied with the care I was getting, but on the discharge date their real face became clear, for a simple hysterectomy procedure they had charged Rs. 91000, including Rs 11000 for the doctor's consultation, which never did occur, on raising the objection, they simply told they won't let me out of the hospital unless I paid the bills, so had to cuff up that kind of money for the services I could have easily gotten at half the price at another place Perhaps I should have researched who I am going to rely for the procedure, or maybe I should have taken a second opinion whether the procedure was actually required. Basically only go there if you feel like going through this traumatic, if not medically then financially for sure.
If you have a lot of money and you want to throw it on dr. Bimal's face then definitely it's the right place. Good luck to patients and their attendants.
Worst hospital I had ever met in life , for middle class people I will suggest you to don't visit this worst hospital , they will just give 10-12 bottle of water every day and they don't do a single treatment and doctor behave unnecessarily , if you have lots of money just go and put that money on Dr Bimla's hand , please don't visit this hospital I almost spend 70k to 100k on this hospital but the response is so worst I can't imagine . I don't wanna give one star rating but there was no option for -100 star 🙏🏻. Please don't visit here.
One of the lootera hospital in patna, never recommend for hospitalisation and delivery cases also all corporate customer should be away from this hospital as they bill to insurance as well as you too. Worst experience in the hospital.
This hospital has multitasking. Like wise Endoscopy, OT, ICU, All type of investigation, Colonoscopy, ERCP, etc. Also here other Doctors available on call like Neurologist, Nephrologist, Cardiologist.... Dr. Bimal sir is specialist of Gastroenterology and he also know very well about ENDOSCOPY. He is only one person in Bihar who starting the Endoscopy and succeed all type of cases about ENDOSCOPY. # Here all nursing staff has well maintained and we'll equipped. # All Nursing staff know about how to handle the case of patients and how to manage it. # All senior staff have ability to diagnose the emergency patients and how treat them.
