The staff needs a ready reckoner on courtesy and politeness. On being asked for basic things like a medical bill towards cataract lens, they keep giving random excuses. The paperwork my father was given was all grey with no legible text and they refused to given another copy or an email. Like a nexus, one person leads to another, but to no avail. They make senior citizens wait undue long sans social distancing or appointment led slots.
