This is a very nice hospital The best thing about thing hospital is its nurse staff. (ALL THESE THING I AM TELLING ABOUT GENERAL WARD, private ward would have much better facilities) The nurses are so co operative that half of your stress is reduced by their behaviour. They are friendly and loving. The staff takes cares of every thing of the patient from medicine to taking him form one place to another by help of wheelchair etc. Patient gets free food. 1 morning tea and biscuit 2. Morning food... Daal chawal roti sbji well packed and hot. 3 evening tea and biscuit 4 night food... Daal chawal roti sabji I)Doctor takes regular inspection. II)general wards have double AC III)thrice cleaning of wards I am reviewing sitting in hospital after spending 3 days and night.
Worst experience with Dr. Neena Asthana. Money minded, rude, arrogant, unprofessional and has no care for patient. After asking couple of questions, she got irritated. Her approach is "do as I say, spend your hard earned money in useless tests that I ask for or go away". Not visiting this gyne ever. No covid protocall is being followed in the hospital.
Never visit this hospital! Poor coordination among the staff members. Pathetic service and hospital full of liars. Had a talk with Dr. Devejya Srivastava for an appointment, he asked to visit the hospital before 5 with the report. While reaching hospital he was not there and was disconnecting calls. Very careless staff they have. Never visit this hospital in case of emergency otherwise patient will suffer because of their carelessness and lie. Thumbs down!!! 👎
The impression I got from the hospital, Doctors (specially Neena Asthana) are not punctual. I visited here multiple times. Despite the scheduled appointment, patients & attendents need to wait for hours in the waiting area. Usually 1-3 hours. They don't respect the scheduled appointments. Like most of the hospitals, they also treats the occupation more of a business (Overpriced Tests, Overpriced Medicines for common disease).
