It is very discouraging about management of your opd based at 1st floor…someone from your senior management must look today afternoon between 12 noon to 4 pm. How things are meshed…very bad…today - opd was looking like fish market…people running from here to there…- Please improve -: *Book the appointment only to your limit - So that whoever got prior appointment or said time could able to meet doctor on said time minus plus 20 minutes ! *Appoint well trained para medical staff who can at least measure the blood pressure correctly ! Very disappointed… Think how dangerous it is …if someone have high Bp of 160/100 ….and measured 130/80….after requesting again it measured 160/100 !Think the line of treatment of basic information of patients will be wrong ….where the treatment will go…?make a system to cross check this measured Bp by consultant doctor white diagnosis! *Keep well versed data operators to feed data or registration form quickly! It’s just killing the time vice - Versa & causing meshup! *Increase or train your consultant, admin & support staff to make the operation hassle free ! Writing above points only to provide standard protocol of treatment, care & peace of mind ! We have great amount of hope from Medanta- Humble request to please keep our hope alive ! If Medanta Gurgaon is 10/10…at present Medanta Patna is 2/10…. Imagine the difference…Here 2 is for infra…But I don’t think Infra will play role until unless work force is not capable ! A great hardware need a super great software to run the So called great hardware ! Request you management to look into this seriously…otherwise it will be one of the same shop ….as thousands of shop is running without any care ! Hope things will improve !
World class health facilities and services in bihar. According to official Medanta patna will offer health services at affordable rates. OPD, radiology and other lab facilities will run with minimum charges as per central government health scheme . Now just wait and watch everything will be clear soon.

It looks very beautiful, constructed in huge area , and the colour of the building and the glass design makes it more beautiful , exterior is awesome . It is spacious , I think it may have costed more than 100 crores . The near by area is also good for walk . But it is not fully operational , it's finishing work is still on .when it's work will complete fully , I mean full strength of doctors, all medical staff etc then it will serve at its best.
Visited the hospital today for Covid Vaccine. Experience was true to the name what Medanta stands for. Having stayed in NCR for 16 years now, I was skeptical about the experience compared to Medanta Gurgaon. The vaccination procedure was seamless as it was very less crowd today. Sophiya was amazing in her work, me and brother didn’t even felt the punch of needle. She has really got a blessed hand & expertise and must say she is one pro in administering vaccine/injection. Rhea was also supportive at the registration counter. So far experience has been good.
