We have had a very bad experience with this hospital. After trying patiently through all possible amicable means, I am posting this publicly so that people will know about it. My father-in-law passed away on 25th Sep around 10-30 AM in the hospital due to heart attack. He had a ring on his right hand while entering the hospital which we in the urgency of the situation forgot to take out before admitting him in. After about 30-40 min when he passed away, when the hospital handed over the body, the ring was missing. We started following up with the hospital with multiple in-person visits, people in reception wouldn't take a written complaint and they always route us to the person in charge. We made multiple requests for a CCTV footage, after 3 requests (I have the message proofs on the chat) - we were given a 5 sec footage from behind which was not very clear. I am surprised for such a big hospital there weren't enough cameras (just one that too from behind). We visited the hospital and with the help of the CCTV room person we put it in ultra slow motion, and it did confirm that he had the ring on the hand (though the images were blurred). We informed the same to people in-charge and waited for almost 3 weeks now, but we neither got a call nor an update. The replies whenever we ask are vague and almost as if hospital is neither scared nor caring is considerate enough. So we have decided to take it up with the authorities as a formal complaint. I shall be posting the same review on all the sites like Practo etc. so that everyone would know. Just to reiterate - we have NOT received a single proactive update from the hospital, every time it was us calling them to ask.
Hi All, My mother-in law got admitted because of diarrhea and they did tests and said it is Typhoid. they started giving her treatment but her condition did not improve even 10% in 24 to 30hrs. Seeing her suffering we moved her to different hospital and surprisingly we got that advise from one of the staff member itself. We paid the bill of approximately Rs/-30000 for her sufferings and wasting our time. Please do not go to this hospital until unless you are ready to make your loved ones suffer and waste time & money Thanks to google to have this opportunity so at least I can help few people not to suffer and waste time and money
Worst hospital i have ever seen my life, i never recommend this hospital to anyone because people around there are so cruel n bloody pathetic management. They only want money at any cost. Main thing is about management. They litterally no idea how to run a hospital for better services they just started only to earn money. I admitted my father in this hospital because of Dr.karthik meruva's treatment was abloutely fine but the days we stayed there are horrible. I think this is the only hospital i have seen so unhygiene n so dirty that we took treatment for covid. In that time we are spent lakhs for their worst management. Actually they do not worth a penny. So high charges, completely hopeless people's are they. I think telangana govt should ban this hospital. I saw there so many people suffered bcoz of their charges.
