Hospital is good for local upper class people's of nearby sector. It has good staff and doctors for non-critical conditions of patients. Good for ferve and children expertise. But very poor in infrastructure, don't have proper space and setting arrangement, even do not have a fan in their wating area, where people wait in day and night, can't rest there, have lots of mosquito.

My mother getting physiotherapy and I am satisfied with the treatment so far. Staffs are cooperative and descent and all necessary facilities are available. There is scope of improvement as below. 1) Female staff required for treatment of female patients. 2) Bed width is just 2 feet and there is scope of patients fall down while changing position.

Horrible Experience...Worst hospital we have ever visited!!! I'm a father of a new-born baby and live in Greater Noida City. My doc suggested me two tests for my baby one is TSH & Other is TCB Bilirubin test. I searched on net and got to know about this hospital. I even called them to clarify about the availability of the facility of tests and they agreed and ask me to come anytime. Normally small labs don't take samples of newly born because they don't have expertise in that, so I decided a big hospital for same. I personally visited this hospital with my baby and wife. While reaching their reception they ask me to pay for the tests and handover me receipt of the same and suggested me to report pathology dept. downside the hospital. Just after reaching Hospital’s pathology dept. my nightmare starts when I saw the negligence and irresponsible behavior of their staff. The person who register the tests for my baby was not in 'mask' and after registration ask me to follow him to NICU. When I ask him about his mask he shamelessly said that even my 4 day infant was also not in mask and started walking ignoring my request to wear mask. The lift was not working so he asks me and my wife to go by stairs to the 4th floor to reach NICU. My wife was gone under C-Section operation and we denied going by stairs. Luckily after many attempts there faulty lift came to the downside. Even in lift two people were not in 'mask'. That easy-man of pathology staff started talking with the other people in lift and they inform him that NICU is closed and there is nobody in the department. So that easy-man of pathology lab ask us to follow him to some other room where lots of severally ill patients were lying on beds and me & my wife with a newly born in hand were in fear of catching COVID-19 infection just followed him. After reaching that emergency kind of room that un-mask man went to some boy and asks him something in his ear and that other man told me to get the baby in the room. I was totally in surprise and shocked that how they are treating the parents who are with an infant baby in hand and asking us to go here and there in this pandemic time. Then I ask him if he knows what tests have to be done and is there any separate room for infants. He simply denied for any separate room also not able to understand about tests and said in very easy way that he will only collect blood sample. Then I ask again that previous Un-Mask man of pathology dept. about the tests need to be done. He said about TSH but not sure about other TCB one. He said we will take blood and both tests done from same sample. Then I ask him about the machine for TCB test just by touching baby’s skin but we looked surprise and not able to understand what machine. The hospital charged me for tests and when reached to the point of blood collection the staff was confused about the tests needs to be done…??? Such a shivering experience!!! There are people coughing, sneezing, roaming without masks and they call an infant who is prone to infections inside seriously ill patients department. After experiencing the atmosphere of utter medical negligence, unprofessional-ism and irresponsible behavior of staff I was furious and ask the men to wear mask first. Even after requesting him again and again he just simply ignored and not ready to behave like a medical service provider. Me and my wife just fled away from the horrible hospital and only felt safe after coming out of the haunted building. So, want to inform the senior management of hospital about the irresponsible behavior of staff, pathetic pathology lab staff and no-facility to treat or tests newly born, infant children who are prone to infections due to naturally low immunity. So, anybody who is reading this review we folded handed requesting if you are looking of a hospital for your infant or child, kindly keep away from NAVIN HOSPITAL, Greater Noida. There medical service provider don't wear masks, they don’t follow COVID-19 safe guidelines. They lack of good people in service, are not sympathetic for patients.

One of the best hospitals in the locality. Doctors are good and the fees is not very high. There is a big market nearby and one could all the essentials easily. The hospital also maintains hygiene perfectly. The staffs are also polite and supportive. I would highly recommend this hospital if needed.

Staff not wearing masks. Not even basic COVID protocol is being followed. Staff is eating chana with mask down. No temperature checking before entering the premises. Emergency ward is casual place with people entering at their will. One of the worst places to visit for healthcare. I regret coming to this hospital. How is this even NABH accredited?
