Admitted my uncle for a surgery. Absolutely shattered in joy by the service rendered by the whole team of doctors, nurses and administrative people. Doctors are very polite and keen in clearing the queries made by us. Nursing care sets the benchmark standard. Clean environment and it really made us to feel home. Most important thing is the charges levied are very less when compared with other hospitals. Fully specialised hospital at low cost... Three cheers to KUMARAN MEDICAL CENTER.đđđđĨđĨđĨ
I have been visiting here at least once per 2 months for my family. Still I don't understand their token system. Most of the nurses are allowing their relatives in bypass which is wrong. Do we need to be their relatives to see the doctors even thought we paid 250? Doctors will come by 11.00 or 11.30 after rounds. But you have to be there before 9 to be in 1 to 10 token number. But still you can see doctor by 1.00 or 1.30 only according to their token system. âšī¸ You need to keep asking the nurses at least once in 35 to 40 minutes interval else you May loose entire day here. I knew we cannot bug them, but since they have such a discrimination we need to be on our toes. Doctors are good in consultation which saved 3 Stars here.
Kumaran Medical Center. Well maintained, calm, pleasant & Clean Premises and rooms. Food served to the patient is really good, hygienic and tasty as well. Extremely polite Doctors and Nurses. All the concerns are addressed promptly. Kudos to the empathic staff support in providing info to all sorts of queries. Good quality treatment and at economical cost. Consultation - We had good experience with the consulting doctor. We had good response from reception and relevant to all queries posted. We waited for consultation, nurses at desk could be more attentive to queries, little disappointed. **** Pharmacy- Went to pharmacy for getting tablets on same day and for the same I went other day as well.The waiting time could be reduced and the pharmacist could atleast speed up, as they took a lot of time for a single patient, I don't know why those 2 counter operated for the same patient that day and explaining the bill details for long,despite making others to wait in queue.i waited for 10 mins and left for the day. The next day evening I came and bought. Request to please process the request at a faster rate or addup an extra counter.Kindly request to provide me the admin contact number so that I can call up and show how it's happening *** Hospital cleanliness is top notch and its very neat and wide spread. Staffs were very helpful and polite ***** Canteen at first floor I feel it's not worth the cost for quantity. Request to look on its cost and fix nominal it's 60% more than normal and quantity is minimal *** Parking - very spacious and well maintained*****
