I wanted to take an appointment of an ent specialist for my mother. But the operator was keen on getting payment, and was not ready to say doctor's name, which makes me lose hope in the doctors there...... Please understand, hospital, when we being our dear ones to a doctor, we need to trust the doctor .......the way the operator was reluctant to say doctor's name.....makes me feel unsafe . He was ready to cut the call, but was not ready to tell doctor's name.......see how they want to not care for the patients
I was 2 month in Dr.R.N.Patil's Suraj Hospital For Brother Treatment. There was complete transparency and clear discussion about the treatment. He also explained me the estimation of overall charges, how saving money in treatment and timeline.They maintaing proper hygienic and clean place...There Nursing staff is well professional in work. And takeing good care of pateint. Mama & mavshi good interacting to each other, good helping nature.. Im disappointed on 1 point which is there is no provision to staying for relative's.. Overall experiences is too good, they support me in difficult conditions.. Thank you so much
