I had a vaccination schedule at 1 o'clock. At 12.30 pm I come to get the vaccine as usual, then I find out that I have to take the token along the line from 4 am for the vaccine. What does it mean to show a slot on the cowin portal if you give token offline? Thank you for wasting my time.
