Brought my Mother in symptoms of high fever. Dr. P. Gupta administered her with antibiotics and other medicines after doing some tests through “Varanasi Pathology”. During her course of medicine, mother’s health deteriorated further with heavy weakness and brain confusion. Immediately shifted to other hospital ICU “Galaxy” and further to Medanta, Lucknow. She was on ventilator for 4 days, ICU for 11 days and had severe Lung Pneumonia infection and Kidney infection with heavy probability of multi organ failure. Her life is saved by Medanta, Lucknow after a huge blunder by the subject hospital (s). Would not recommend to visit Holy City hospital for any serious health issues.
