My doctor asked me to do sonography as he is in Dadar and trains are not working normally so he sent prescription online with proper stamp and signature. We took appointment from this hospital last night and when we reached here they refused to do test as they wanted orginal doc in the pandemic. I showed my consultation file and ID proofs which belonged to same doctor, still these guys refused. Luckily we got another hospital and they considered the file and prescription and also the situation. This Nidaan hospital is pathetic and useless!

Customer care service given wrong information and after that when visited hospitals there staff are not cooperative in spite of COVID time I provided them file and the recent image of doctors prescription but still they fought for original and sent us back
Unprofessional and bad mannered staff. No free parking facility. They act as if they are doing you a big favour. God help People from VIRAR
